What we do
Titan Property Investors reviews mobile and manufactured homes for potential purchase or investment. Sellers send us the details of a home; we evaluate the location, condition, lot situation, and title, and we tell them whether the home may fit our buying criteria. Submitting information is free and creates no obligation to accept an offer.
What happens after we buy
Depending on the property, we may keep it, rent it, renovate it, assign or wholesale it where lawful, or resell it after acquisition. Our exit strategy is our business to manage. It is not something a seller should have to think about or carry.
What we are not
- We are not a real estate brokerage and we are not acting as your agent.
- We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
- We do not maintain a physical office in every state or city where we evaluate homes. Our phone number carries a 314 area code; that is a contact number, not a claim about a storefront near you.
- We do not publish testimonials, transaction counts, or staff biographies that we cannot support.
How we communicate
We aim to be useful even when the answer is no. If a home is outside our criteria, we say so rather than letting a seller wait. If a title or park issue has to be resolved first, we name it. If we do not know something, we say that too, and we point you to the agency that does.
